Ainur is a clinical psychologist providing psychological support to adults, teenagers, and children with depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, phobias, panic attacks, emotional burnout, and neurotic conditions such as enuresis, encopresis, tics, sleep disorders, stuttering, eating disorders, etc. She provides systemic family therapy and counseling on interpersonal, family, partnership, and parent-child relationships. Her approach as a psychologist is based on empathy, respect, and collaboration. She creates a safe space for the clients where they can openly express their feelings without the fear of judgment. Together, they explore the issues and seek solutions, using various techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Sandplay Therapy. Her goal is to help the clients not only overcome current challenges, but also develop skills for sustainable change in the future. In her private practice, Ainur is inspired by the opportunity to help people find answers to their questions and support them on their journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Each client’s story is unique, and seeing people overcome challenges, open to new horizons, and become more confident is incredibly motivating for her. She also enjoys when clients recognize their own resources and start taking action to change their lives for the better. She consults in Kazakh and Russian.

Ainur has been providing counseling services since 2000. She studied Practical Psychology in the Novosibirsk Institute of Family Therapy and Clinical (Medical) Psychology in the Institute of Psychotherapy and Medical Psychology named after B.D. Karvasarsky. She received her Master’s Degree in Psychology at the Kainar Academy and Master´s Degree in Management at the University of International Business. She also completed other courses, workshops and trainings such as: Trauma-Focused Therapy, Identity Oriented Psychotrauma Theory and the Practice of Self-Encounters, Modern Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy, Methods of Neuropsychological Diagnostics and Correction, Imaginative Body Psychotherapy, Basics of Family Psychotherapy, Clinical Psychological Diagnostics and Intervention and many other. She is a member of the Professional Psychotherapeutic League (CIS).
