Mirela is a dedicated psychotherapist and consultant specializing in individual, couples, and group counseling for adults. She helps clients navigate challenges related to relationships, authority dynamics, and communication while also supporting their personal growth and self-development. Mirela prioritizes understanding each client’s unique experiences, history, and concerns in her therapeutic approach. Together, they set clear goals and develop a structured plan to foster meaningful, lasting change. She believes that a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship is essential in empowering clients to achieve their objectives. Consultations are available in both Albanian and English.

 Mirela holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Tirana and an MBA from the University of Nebraska. Her academic credentials also include completing a one-year Harvard Mentor Manager Program and a five-year Group Analysis Qualifying Course, a training validated by the Institute of Group Analysis in the United Kingdom. With over a decade of experience, Mirela has been working as a full-time consultant since 2017 and practicing psychotherapy as a conductor/psychotherapist under supervision since 2021. She is a founding member of the Group Analysis in Albania Association and an active member of the Group Analytic Society International (GASI).
