Katarína is a member of the team of psychologists in the clinic of clinical psychology, where she helps children and adults. Her approach is integrative, focused on the client's needs, while emphasizing the creation of a confidential and safe therapeutic relationship. She has experience in dealing with a variety of topics, including relationship attachment, anxiety, behavioral disorders, difficult life issues, as well as working with neurodivergent clients (PAS, ADHD, Down's syndrome). She consults in the Slovak language.
Katarína completed her Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Cyril and Methodius in Trnava. During her studies and at present, she continuously educates herself. She is a graduate of several seminars, courses and workshops, including training Relational psychotherapy for children and adolescents, Comprehensive training in crisis intervention, accredited course Coach, training Dog Integrated Intervention. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adult clients. She worked professionally in a physiotherapy center, where she mainly dealt with neuroatypical children's clientele using Animal Assisted Interventions and in a clinical psychology clinic, where she gained experience mainly with psychodiagnostics.
