Soňa has more than 20 years of experience in consulting. She works as a clinical and transportation psychologist. She provides counseling in the area of marital issues, relationships crisis, communication skills, coping with difficult situations, stressful life periods, and parenting problems in a parent-child relationship. She provides psychotherapy to individuals with emotional problems, depressions, anxiety and panic disorders. She uses various relaxation techniques and biofeedback. She counsels in the Slovak language.
Soňa completed her Psychology Degree at the Faculty of Arts at the Comenius University in Bratislava. She acquired professional experience at the Department of Psychiatry in the university hospital, then as the counsellor at the Institute of Counseling and Psychological Services. After a long-term training in the area of addictions in Bratislava, she was the cofounder of the New Start Abstinent Club in Levice, where she has been providing professional counseling and support to clients addicted to drugs and alcohol and to their families.
