Tereza completed her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Social Policy at the Faculty of Arts of the Charles University in Prague, and her Master's Degree in Sociology and Social Economy at the Université Lille in France. Since 2020, she has been obtaining long-term psychotherapeutic training at the Czech Society for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, as well as supplementing her development with other trainings, such as the Peer Consultants in Mental Healthcare; Individual Placement and Support; Work with Families of People with Mental Illness in Social Services; Stigma, Self-stigma and Self-management. After her studies, Tereza worked with people with serious mental illness, mainly in the area of psychoses, which inspired her to deepen her knowledge of the human psyche as part of the psychoanalytic training. She approaches each client individually and tries to understand their situation in the context of their entire life story. The basis for her work is a safe and accepting environment. In her counseling, she often supports clients with topics, such as problems in relationships, crisis situations, stress, anxiety spectrums, or self-care. She consults in the Czech language.
