Svatava is a coach and lecturer specializing in the mind development and the mental dynamics. She provides counseling for individual clients or for groups. Through various mental and communication techniques, she helps clients recognize their own mental patterns and find ways how to work with them and develop. She is a graduate of several accredited coaching courses (Business Coaching, Team Coaching), as well as an accredited lecturer course, a filial therapy course and development workshops in the field of parenting and communication. She is a member of the board of the Slovak Association of Coaches (SAKo) and participates in the introduction of coaching culture in companies, in education, as well as in the field of parenting and raising children.
