Dana provides psychological consultations to adults, school-age children and groups. She helps her clients to find ways to open up and process difficult topics, and she supports them in navigating their own emotions, needs and desires. She deals with topics such as stress, fear, anxious moods, internal conflicts, separation, burnout, relationships, difficult life situations, personal development etc. She is focusing on the connection between body, mental experience, mood and what is happening in the client's life. During consultations, she uses a process-oriented approach with an open and inquisitive attitude to issues. She consults in Slovak and English.

Dana studied psychology at the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. During her studies, she spent several years abroad at Universidad de La Laguna in Tenerife and Universidad de Deusto in Spain. In her final work, she focused on the connection between surfing and therapy. She further developed this topic as part of her dissertation and presented her research at international conferences, including the 7th International Conference on Sport & Society in Honolulu (USA), the Psychology of Sport in Practice in Brno (Czech Republic), and the 8th International Conference on Sport & Society in London (UK), where she won the Emerging Scholar Award. She also practiced surf therapy in the organization The Wave Project in Newquay (UK). 

She taught Work Psychology and Social-Psychological Training in a Group. Since 2016, she has been in long-term psychotherapy training in process-oriented psychotherapy and works under supervision. Since 2020, she has been working as a school psychologist. As a lecturer she is dedicated to educating others. Together with other professionals she is part of the comprehensive Synergia center – a space for therapy and development.
