Šárka is a psychologist and therapist and her work is not only based on various trainings and scientific studies, but also from her own experience. She specializes in the treatment of depersonalization, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationships, feelings of inferiority, eating disorders, emotion regulation, and teaches counter-manipulative techniques. She supports clients in the areas of panic attacks, partnership problems, breakup, relationship addiction, toxic relationships, meaning in life, helplessness, self-confidence, psycho-spiritual crisis, bullying or abuse, blocks from childhood, psychosomatic problems, toxic shame and guilt. She supervises more than 20 psychologists, counselors and psychotherapists and consults in Czech and English.

Šárka received her Master’s Degree in Psychology at the Prague University of Psychosocial Studies, then law (M.Sc.) and international relations (B.Sc.). She completed the long-term psychotherapeutic training in Psychodynamics and several other trainings. She is the founder of the Terapeutovna Counseling Center and a member of the Czech Psychotherapeutic Society and the Society of Psychosomatic Medicine
